Salt Meats Cheese's founders wanted a rooftop bar that felt like a natural extension of who they are. Not a second brand. A different side of the same story.
Bar Ombré is an Italian-style aperitivo haven set against the city skyline. Light fare, afternoon cocktails, an eclectic entertainment lineup, and the kind of energy that makes people stay longer than they planned. The concept needed to carry the spirit of SMC, the family heritage, the Italian roots, the cheeky warmth, while standing entirely on its own as a destination.
We built the identity from the founders outward. Bold graphics that channel Mediterranean warmth. A tone that's inviting without being casual. Every brand decision, from the aperitif-led menu to the entertainment programming, was designed to attract a crowd that values sunshine, good food, and the feeling that the evening started at exactly the right time.
