From the acclaimed team behind Pilu, Flaminia is set to open this summer on Level 2 of Pullman Quay Grand, Sydney Harbour. A celebration of Australian seafood, the restaurant draws inspiration from Italy’s port cities, each with its own distinct food culture, wines and way of eating.
At its heart, Flaminia is a story of connection: between people, place and plate.
Example led the concept development, name, brand identity, and vision announcement, with an ongoing PR campaign to amplify the launch when doors open later this year.
