Six distinct venues inside a heritage-listed 1886 warehouse in Sydney's CBD, from robata grill to kaiseki to a whisky bar. The brand idea, An Archipelago of Culture, gave each concept its own regional identity while holding the precinct together as a single destination. Every venue defined and designed before a single fit-out decision was made. Coverage in international and national titles continued long after opening week.
