A Japanese steakhouse built from the inside out. Strategy, brand concept, verbal identity, and full visual identity for Addmind’s Dubai Harbour precinct.

Addmind, the group behind CLAP, Iris, and some of the region's most talked-about venues, was building a new destination at one of Dubai's most prominent waterfront sites.

Built around the idea of The Art of Food, Sutēki blends the precision of Japanese craftsmanship with Dubai's creative energy. The concept brings together elements of an art-house gallery, seaside supper club and contemporary steakhouse, creating a venue where craft, culture and dining intersect.

Example led strategy, brand concept, verbal identity, tone of voice framework, and the full visual identity system through to Brand Guidelines Version One. The work was produced in partnership with After Hours Studio and delivered as a complete creative package to the Addmind team.

Sutēki is now part of the AlphaMind Group’s Dubai Harbour precinct, alongside Bar Du Port, Iris Harbour, and Son of a Fish. Four venues, one of Dubai’s most anticipated new hospitality addresses.
